    1. Lack of sleep

    Eat more nuts, vegetables, whole grains, fruits, and other organic foods , which can protect your brain and slow down its decline. Next time you go to the supermarket, resist the temptation of corn chips and potato chips and buy a bag of nuts.

    8. No sunlight.
