    If you have these 6 nails symptoms, please don’t ignore them!

    Although your nails are small, they can hide your health problems. Whether you have a manicure or not, you should pay more attention to the condition of your nails symptoms. If your nails show the following symptoms, do not ignore them!

     No 1. Nails fall off in pieces:

    Reason: Unlike broken nails, if your nails are always peeling and peeling off in pieces when you tear them with your hands, it may mean that your digestive system is not good, the food cannot be digested well, or the body lacks minerals.

     Improvement methods:

      Pay attention to regular diet, balanced nutrition, and take care of your stomach on a daily basis.

     No 2. There are vertical lines on the nails:

     Cause: Vertical lines on the nails are generally caused by irregular work and rest and diet.

    Improvement method: Adjust your work and rest schedule and diet, and be careful not to overwork, and the vertical lines will naturally disappear slowly. However, if this situation does not change for a long time, and the color of the vertical lines becomes darker, you should seek help from a doctor to find out the cause in time.

     No 3. Nail fractures:

     External factors:

      1. The lipids in the nails can help lock in moisture. If the nails are in contact with water for a long time, especially hot water, the lipid content of the nails will decrease, moisture will be lost, and stratification will easily occur.

      2. Because the job requires frequent contact with chemical agents such as hair dyes , nails are prone to peeling off in layers.

    Internal causes: malnutrition, lack of protein; recent medication;

    Improvement methods:

      1. Be careful not to soak your hands in water for a long time, especially hot water. Always have hand cream on hand to keep your nails moisturized.

      2. Avoid direct contact with chemicals and wear professional gloves.

      3. Eat more nuts, eggs or meat and other foods.

     No 4. Nails become brittle and easily broken:

    External factors: Dry weather, frequent contact of nails with water and evaporation of water, which makes nails easily brittle; excessive polishing during manicure, excessive use of nail polish remover or use of inferior products ;

     Internal factors: Lack of iron in the body can cause nails to become thinner and brittle, and easily break.

     Improvement methods:

      1. Wear gloves when scrubbing things, and remember to wipe the area around your nails when applying hand cream to help moisturize your nails.

      2. Use good quality nail products and nourishing oil to care for your nails.

      3. Eat more iron-rich foods, such as fungus, red dates, etc., and supplement vitamin C to promote the body’s ability to absorb iron.

     No 5. There are white spots on the nails:

     Reason: Many people think that white spots on the nails are caused by calcium deficiency. In fact, it may be fungal infection of the nails, or “marks” left by external damage.

    Improvement method: If you feel pain, you need to go to the hospital to consult a doctor. If you do not feel pain, then generally such white spots will disappear slowly over time, and the specific time depends on your personal constitution.

    No 6. Yellowing of nails:

     External factors: Not applying base coat before manicure, direct contact between nails and nail polish, pigmentation causes nails to turn yellow; applying only dark nail polish for a long time may cause nail discoloration.

    Internal causes: People who smoke all year round will have yellow nails. In addition, many people’s nails are yellow and dull. This is actually a warning from the body, reflecting that the recent health status is not ideal or that you often stay up late.

    Improvement methods:

      1. When doing manicure, you must apply base oil to prevent pigmentation.

      2. Don’t choose too single color, change to light and bright nail polish from time to time.

      3. Lemon juice + salt has whitening effect. Cut the lemon, sprinkle salt on it, and put your finger in the lemon for 30 seconds.

    4. Apply olive oil around the nails and massage them for 5-10 minutes. Long-term persistence can make the nails emit a healthy luster.

      5. For the sake of your health, try to quit smoking and adjust your work and rest schedule.
