How to cure athlete’s foot
It took more than a month, and the athlete’s foot was finally gone.
I have recorded the recovery process of athlete’s foot during this period, you can refer to it!
After all, I often see people say that athlete’s foot cannot be cured, so I can’t tell whether it can be cured… (But from my own experience, it can be cured. Of course, according to my method, the final effect can vary from person to person)
I got athlete’s foot last year when I was on a business trip to the south. I don’t know if it was because I wore the hotel slippers that I got athlete’s foot. (It is recommended that you bring your own slippers when staying in a hotel!)
I didn’t notice it at first, but after I got home for a while I felt my feet started to smell a bit, and I thought it was because of the stuffiness. Unexpectedly, my feet started to itch after a few days, and I kept scratching them until the skin was broken. It gradually spread from the gaps between my toes to the soles of my feet, and then I started to get blisters and peeling, and then I realized that I had athlete’s foot!
People who have never had athlete’s foot can’t understand the feeling. When walking on the road, the toes start to itch. I want to take off my socks and scratch my feet, but the smell is so strong that I dare not take off my shoes. That I feel like chopping off my feet!
I posted a picture of me at that time~~ It looks quite serious
Suggestions
In the following days, I looked for various methods. I would try any suggestions from doctors and friends. As long as they said they were effective and could remove or relieve athlete’s foot, I would try them, because the days of being tortured by athlete’s foot were really too hard to bear!!
Although I failed before, I didn’t expect that I could really cure athlete’s foot.
Let me share with you how I solved my athlete’s foot step by step.
The following is all useful information. I suggest you like and collect it to avoid getting lost. Please read it carefully. Every part is the essence. It is a sure win if you read it!
The first step is of course to pay attention to the hygiene of your feet
Try to wash your feet every day, no matter how tired or busy you are.
This is a great way to ensure your feet stay fresh and clean all day long.
Especially in hot summer weather or after exercise, remember to take a shower.
Pay attention to cleaning your feet when taking a bath. You can use soap to clean your feet!
If possible, soak your feet every night before going to bed. Everyone knows the benefits of soaking your feet, but few people do it.
In particular, remember to wipe the water between your toes with a clean towel after washing your feet to avoid creating a suitable living environment for fungi.
Step 2: Change your shoes and socks every day
Get rid of the bad habit of wearing the same pair of shoes and socks for several days
Many people with athlete’s foot often do not change their shoes and socks, which creates a good living environment for fungi.
I usually wear pure cotton socks and mesh shoes which are very breathable!
Pure cotton socks are sweat-absorbent, can reduce foot odor, and increase foot comfort; mesh shoes are more breathable, reducing the time the feet spend in a closed, airtight environment, which can breed fungi and aggravate athlete’s foot.
Method:
Wash the socks with hot water every night, then wash them with sulfur soap , and finally expose the socks and shoes to the sun.
The moist environment of the feet can easily create a suitable living environment for fungi, so you must change your shoes and socks every day.
The third step is to sterilize, relieve itching and remove athlete’s foot.
After washing your feet, spray some antibacterial on your feet. Don’t underestimate its antibacterial effect! Anyone who uses it will know!
This spray is quite gentle on the feet, and you don’t have to worry about the scratched area being stinging or anything like that.
After using it for half a month, I felt that my feet were no longer itchy, and the odor on my feet seemed to be a little lighter. After using it for a month, the problem was almost solved. In order to prevent it from recurring, I continued to use it for another half a month for consolidation. The result was really good. Until now, athlete’s foot has not reappeared for such a long time, so I am recommending it to everyone.
Step 4: Prevention
A few small habits that I still stick to:
1. Do not share towels, foot towels, shoes and socks and other daily necessities with others. Use your own to avoid fungal infection.
2. Don’t stay up late!!! Maintain a good work and rest schedule and go to bed before 11pm as much as possible. Keep exercising. Exercise is the best way to improve your body’s metabolism and can improve your body’s resistance to the greatest extent.
3. When your shoes get wet by underground water on rainy days, wash your feet thoroughly and change your socks and shoes as soon as possible!
4. Develop good hygiene habits, wash your feet frequently, change shoes and socks frequently, and expose shoes and socks to the sun regularly to keep them dry.
5. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, and avoid spicy foods, which can help improve the skin’s antibacterial ability. I have blisters and peeling skin, so I drink red bean and barley porridge two or three times a week to help remove moisture.
You can make it yourself at home. I like to set it up in the rice cooker and start making it the night before. I can drink it directly when I wake up the next morning. It helps to lose weight and remove dampness!
The above are all the methods I used to get rid of athlete’s foot!
Finally, if you find yourself infected with athlete’s foot, you must take timely prevention and treatment. It has a great impact on people, especially in the summer when it is smelled. It is actually very embarrassing. Don’t wait until it is very serious like me. It is very difficult to see, not to mention how much money you spend, and a lot of time is wasted.
It’s not easy to write, please give a thumbs up!
