Which parts of the body are prone to eczema?

1. Ears

4. Anus

　　The skin around the anus is moist, flush, and eroded, with a small number of scatter papules, or the anal mucosa is wrinkle, chapped, and severely itchy.

　　The skin around the labia majora is thick and has clear borders, and rarely has erythema, erosion, or exudation. Due to severe itching, the skin is often scratch with hands, causing lichenification and sometimes loss of pigmentation.

　　In acute attacks of scrotal eczema, the scrotal skin is edematous, constantly moist, or eroded, exuded, or crusted. Scrotal eczema is mostly chronic, with deep wrinkles and thick infiltration, like orange peel. The surface is dry, covered with scales, with significantly darker pigmentation, and severe itching.

　　7. Umbilical fossa

　　Dark red or bright red spots appear in the umbilicus, with a moist surface, bleeding and scabs, and clear boundaries, generally without involving the skin around the navel.

　　8. Chest

　　Chest eczema is common in lactating women. Brown-red lesions appear on the nipples, areolas and surrounding skin with clear borders, erosions and crusts, nipple cracks and pain.
