The health of a woman’s ovaries represents the health of a woman. After menopause, the ovaries of women will also decline. At this time, our appearance will age easily, such as rapid wrinkles and spots, and will also cause a series of gynecological diseases. So, how can female friends learn how to ovarian care in daily life?

    1. Vitamins and vitamin E are recommended for ovarian maintenance

Studies have shown that if you take 90 mg of vitamins and 30 mg of vitamins every day, the risk of ovarian cancer will be reduced by 50%. Relying on food alone is not enough, so it is best to ask a doctor to take a tablet or a supplement.

    2. Folic acid supplementation

Women who properly increase the intake of foods rich in folic acid in their daily diet can reduce the incidence of ovarian cancer in women. Researchers have found that women who eat foods rich in folic acid are more likely to develop ovarian cancer, while women who eat no more than 74% of their diet are more likely to develop ovarian cancer. As for folic acid, it is a water-soluble vitamin that is rich in green vegetables, citrus fruits and whole grains.

    3. Pay attention to high calcium diet for ovarian care

What foods should you eat to keep your ovaries healthy? Daily intake of high calcium foods can reduce the incidence of ovarian cancer. Survey results show that people who get high calcium every day can reduce the incidence of ovarian cancer by 46% compared to those with calcium deficiency.

    4. Healthy diet

Eat more foods containing calcium and phosphorus, such as fish, prawns, kelp, milk, dairy products, bone soup, eggs, beans, grains, sesame, melon seeds, green leafy vegetables, etc. Because smoking will affect the peak period of bone formation, excessive drinking is not conducive to bone metabolism, drinking strong coffee will increase urinary calcium excretion and affect calcium absorption, and excessive intake of salt and protein will also increase calcium loss. Therefore, in daily life, we should try to avoid the formation of bad habits such as smoking, drinking, drinking strong coffee, and high-salt diet.

Don’t think that women will become old and ugly after menopause. If you take good care of yourself after menopause, you can still be a goddess. You must not neglect the maintenance of your ovaries.
