    Method 1: Cold Cherry Radish

    Prepare the following ingredients: 500 grams of cherry radish, 5 cloves of garlic, 1 shallot, half a teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of pepper oil, 1 tablespoon of chili oil

Wash the cherry radish, remove the roots and stems, then flatten it and put it in a soup bowl, then add garlic, chopped green onion, half a teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of pepper oil, 1 tablespoon of chili oil, then stir well, marinate for a while and you can eat it!

    Method 2: Sweet and Sour Cherry Radish

    Prepare the ingredients as follows: 400 grams of cherry radish, 10 grams of sugar, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, a few drops of sesame oil, a little salt

    The specific steps are as follows: Wash the cherry radish and cut off the roots. Put the radish on the chopping board and cut vertically. Do not cut through. Leave about 5 mm at the bottom. Cut the radish into coin-thick slices. Then turn the radish 180 degrees, that is, turn the cut position upside down, and then tilt the knife 45 degrees. Cut the radish into a thin layer. Put salt, sugar and white vinegar in the radish, marinate for about two hours, and add a few drops of sesame oil.

    Method 3: Sweet and Sour Cherry Radish

    Prepare the ingredients as follows: 500 grams, half a bowl of white vinegar, 3 tablespoons of sugar, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of boiled water

    The specific steps are as follows: After cleaning the cherry radish, remove the roots and stems, then cut it horizontally without cutting it through, then cut it in the opposite direction, cut it into a straw raincoat shape, then blanch it with salt, then rinse off the salt with clean water, then put it in a fresh-keeping box, add an appropriate amount of boiled water, add 3 tablespoons of sugar, add half a bowl of white vinegar, cover it with a lid, and soak it for more than 2 hours!

    Prepare the following ingredients: 300 grams of cherry radish, 1 teaspoon of salt, 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of aged vinegar, 5 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of chili oil, 1 tablespoon of peanut powder

    The specific steps are as follows: remove the stems and leaves of the cherry radish, wash it, and smash it with a knife, but not too finely. Smash the garlic a few times and chop it into small pieces. Put it in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of cold soy sauce, 3-4 tablespoons of vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon of salt, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of chili oil, and 1 tablespoon of peanut powder, mix well to make a cold dressing, pour it on the smashed radish, mix well, refrigerate, and marinate for 20 minutes!

    Method 5: Pickled Cherry Radish

    Prepare the ingredients as follows: 500 grams of cherry radish, 1 teaspoon of salt, 15 grams of bean paste, and appropriate amount of water

    The specific steps are as follows: rinse the cherry radish, and for easy cutting. Put chopsticks on both sides of the cherry radish and cut it into thin slices. Cut it into radish without cutting it off . Add salt to warm water, wait for the salt to melt. Let the water cool and pour it in to soak for an hour, then pour out the salt water, add appropriate amount of spicy bean paste and mix well!
