A few years ago , the term “migraine ” became quite popular. Whenever I encountered a difficult situation, I would suddenly think, “Oh! Migraine!” Many people would ask, “What exactly does a migraine mean? Is it a headache?” At first, I didn’t quite understand it either. It took me a long time to figure it out, and it took me two years to finally understand.

Simply put, a migraine is a severe pain on one side of the head that affects one eye. Let’s talk about what causes migraines.

    Causes of migraine:

There are many causes of migraines. This disease is more common in women, most of whom are in adolescence. Increased attacks before or during menstruation, emotional stress, climate change, and excessive intake of cheese, red wine, and chocolate can all trigger it.

    Symptoms:

Depression, anorexia, thirst, diarrhea, vomiting, nasal congestion, sweating, fatigue and other abnormal behaviors

How to solve the problem of migraine?

Here I will teach you a quick acupressure method to treat migraine, which is very effective.

We often say that migraine is difficult to treat, like neuralgia and vascular headache.

In fact, in traditional Chinese medicine, migraine is a blockage of qi and blood in the gallbladder meridian , which is considered to be a reverse flow of qi and blood.

Because the gallbladder meridian runs along the side of the human body, we find an acupoint on the gallbladder meridian to treat migraine.

What is this acupoint? It ‘s a magical point that can treat many ailments, including dysmenorrhea and gastrointestinal discomfort. It’s like a nuclear reactor in the body, treating a wide range of conditions. So, it ‘s crucial to consider it at critical moments. Next, I’ll share how to find this point.

How to find the point ? From the gap between the fourth and fifth toes, go inward and you will find a tendon called the extensor tendon of the little finger. There is a bone gap on the outside. Just press it on the side of your index finger.

When you press this acupuncture point, you will find it very painful and swollen.

When you have a migraine, press the acupoint on the right side if the pain is on the left side, and press the acupoint on the left side if the pain is on the right side. The effect is very good. It can treat many diseases, including chest and flank fullness and stuffiness, or pain in half of your waist and legs.
